It is conceivable that, from time to time, hours could drop below the
30-hour per week threshold, and we may lose our benefits (insurance) as
a result. We are all employees who work in a hazardous environment, and
even the threat of revocation of medical insurance is
unconscionable. People who work less than thirty hours per week
should be entitled to the same benefits regardless. The number of
hours that we work should not determine our value to the company in
terms of benefits.
