Expecting Parents

Expecting mothers should have the right to the most lead-free and smoke-free environment that our workplace can provide. Furthermore, mothers and fathers should be allowed whatever time that they need to adjust to new members of the family. Restrictions on maternity leave are unnecessary, because we are paid by the hour.
