Hour-Twenty

Haven't we had enough of this?

     There has been no significant increase in our tokes, as management had previously speculated. The policy of working hour-twenties was not implemented with our consultation, and it has not been to our benefit.  Instead, we're generally slower, less upbeat and positive, less likely to initiate a friendly greeting, and less likely to deal a clean game.

If we had a Contract, we might have prevented the implementation of this policy.

Outside our market, how many other casinos in the state use this system?  

The industry standard is one hour "on" with a twenty minute break.
