Improved Air Quality

This is a reader submission.

     I want to work in a "safe" workplace! can the contract provide me and my co-workers with non-smoking workplace?

     This is how the negotiating process works:  we decide together what our issues are, and which ones to address. 

     They repeated it time and again in our meetings.  "In negotiations, everything is on the table."  Improving the air quality falls within our working conditions.  Would you like larger non-smoking areas?  How about an improved ventilation system?  We can bring these issues and more to the table.
