"The Matrix"

    For those unfamiliar with our table games department, our "Matrix" has nothing to do with the movies starring Keanu Reeves.

    We need representation during the matrix. We should have a right to see exactly what goes into determining our ranking, and exactly what we can do to improve our dealing and customer service skills, regardless of how significant it is in determining our rankings.

Update:  There was an election held on what system to use.  While it is an improvement over the current autonomy, if we are to truly to have a say in our scheduling, we need a Contract.  We want for everybody to be able to maintain their standing in the transition to a Union house, and we can all have a say in the Collective Bargaining process.
