Vacations At Risk

The buyers of Harrah’s certainly can engage in another layoff, fire/rehire, or simply cut vacation time for all of us in order to cut costs. Our vacation time is at risk.
 

Vacation Pay

We pay for the vacations of our fellow employees via deductions from the tip pool. It should be Harrah’s which pays a greater amount for our vacations so that we do not have to depend on our coworkers to pay our wages during “paid” time off.
