Our Guarantees

Unionizing provides us with guarantees, even without a Contract.

     Union representation guarantees us exactly what is provided under the National Labor Relations Act.  It is the Contract that we seek, as a Union, that is the best chance for increasing our own security during ownership changes, unsettling times, and continued cost-cutting measures taken by our employer. 

     However, before that Contract is ratified, we will have more rights between the time when we petition for a vote and the election.  We will have LEGAL representation, including Shop Stewards, TWU Representatives to fight for us, and TWU lawyers to back us. 

Status Quo Guarantee

     Harrah's will not be able to change any policy without our consent.  This is HUGE!  THEY will not be able to change ANY of their policies without OUR permission.  Caesars Palace Dealers have it.  Wynn Las Vegas Dealers have it.  We need it.
