The Organizing Drive

     A Union is not some mythical figure that descends from the sky, spreads its good will, and commands our employer to be better to us. We become the Union. We decide to form our Union. It does nothing to command or direct us. We decide to take whatever course that we deem necessary as The Union.

TWU does not call the shots.  WE DO!

There are two ways that you can become a leader in our efforts: 

1. Become an In-House Organizer. 

2. Get involved with the Organizing Committee.  Harrah's WILL NOT know who you are!  You will be anonymous.
