     Caesars Palace is owned by the same people who own Harrah's/Harveys/Bill's here at Lake Tahoe.  They were subjected to an array of deception by our employer.

     Like our captive audience meetings, Dealers of Caesars Palace were subjected to their own meetings.  The only people who were excluded were In-House Organizers and some other Dealers who were not afraid of their management.

     Many Caesars Palace Dealers were interrogated and/or hassled about the Union, both off of their games and on live "dead games."  Their more common targets were workers from other countries.  Dealers from everywhere were not intimidated and overwhelmingly voted "YES."

     Harrah's led some Caesars Palace Dealers from other countries to believe that their work status was in jeopardy.  Truthfully, they still have their jobs and their Green Cards.

     Harrah's made other minor improvements to Caesars Palace Dealers' work situation, like new break room carpeting, cereal, and handles on doors that provided easier access to their cafeteria.

Caesars Palace Dealers did not believe Harrah's act, now have their Union.

Harrah's cannot take anything away from them, including their tips!
