Friendlier Bonus Earners

     We may have noticed that people who earn the big bonuses are suddenly acting much friendlier.  We may even see more big bonus earners in and around the pit. They can act as happy want to when they see us.  Nice personalities keep our workplace from being too gloomy, but we cannot take it to the bank.  Much like a nice player who enjoys their time with us, wins big and does not tip, their "being nice" does not pay our bills.
